Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment must be done 48 hours BEFORE your appointment time. Otherwise 50 percent of your service may be charged to the card on file.
Same Day Cancellations/Reschedules and No-shows are charged 100% of service.
If your card declines, you cannot book again until the service charge is paid.
Clients who cancel or reschedule appts 3x within 5 months will no longer be able to utilize online booking. You will need to contact me and a non-refundable deposit of $75 will need to be made at time of booking.
